1. The spindle system is a major highlight. Various domestic or imported spindle units are available for selection. The main motor is driven by imported narrow V-belts or synchronous belts, enabling a seamless transition between low-speed high-torque and high-speed high-power cutting. The speed range of 50 - 1250 rpm meets diverse processing requirements.
2. The tool rest system is flexible and diverse. The standard servo horizontal eight-position tool rest allows for rapid tool selection in both directions, hydraulic locking, and efficient and precise tool change; the row tool rest is suitable for workpieces with fewer tool requirements, enhancing processing efficiency.
3. In terms of transmission, the precision ball screw ensures flexible and accurate feed movements up and down and left and right. Combined with advanced CNC systems, standard FANUC 0iTF systems, or optional Siemens, domestic GSK, and KND systems, the operation is convenient and programming is simple.
4. The hydraulic system and balancing cylinder work together. The volumetric automatic lubrication system provides long-term protection. This ensures the stable operation of the equipment and brings an outstanding experience to your production and processing.
