This series of vertical machining centers feature a truss structure for the column, a direct-connection short nose end spindle, and XYZ axes equipped with well-known manufacturers' roller linear guides and silent lead screws. It is suitable for machining operations such as milling and drilling of shell, valve, disc, and box-type parts in industries such as 3C products, hardware, auto parts, molds, and instruments and meters. It is suitable for processing small and medium-sized molds.

Product features:

1) The entire machine is of a C-shaped structure, with a truss column, box-type slide table, and base, which gives the machine good rigidity;

2) The three axes use linear rolling guides, which are highly rigid, have fast response, and have strong load capacity.

3) The three-axis feed uses large-torque AC servo motors directly connected and high-precision pre-stretched ball screw structures, which are highly rigid and have good thermal stability;

4) The main shaft is of an integrated type, using precision angular contact bearings, which have undergone strict pre-tightening and dynamic balance tests, ensuring the accuracy, rigidity, and thermal stability of the main shaft;

5) It uses a disc tool magazine and a cam mechanical hand tool changing mechanism, with a tool changing time of only 2.5 seconds (tool-to-tool), saving non-cutting time, and can accommodate up to 24 tools;
