Introduction 

The HTC6511D product is a heavy-duty horizontal boring and milling machining center developed independently by our company. It features a T-shaped moving column structure and a mid-mounted main spindle box. The bed is in an overall T-shaped configuration. The worktable moves horizontally along the front bed, the column is fixed on the slide, the slide moves longitudinally along the rear bed guide rails as the Z-axis, the main spindle box moves vertically along the column guide rails as the Y-axis, and the boring axis moves axially as the W-axis.
The overall structure design of the machine tool adopts FEM finite element analysis to ensure reasonable reinforcement, thereby ensuring high rigidity and stability.
All major foundation components are made of high-quality gray cast iron and cast using resin sand casting technology, followed by two stages of aging treatment.

Introduction Features

1)The slide plate is the mounting body of the feed transmission device. The X-axis slide plate is the connecting component between the worktable and the bed, while the Z-axis is the connecting component between the column and the bed. The linear movement of the slide plate respectively forms the X-axis and the Z-axis.

2)The dynamic characteristics of the bed structure are excellent. It replaces the traditional bench-type milling and boring machine with a separate structure of the worktable bed and the column bed. The bed and the column adopt a reasonable proportion of length, width and height, and the internal reinforcing ribs are densely distributed in a crosswise and longitudinal manner, forming a solid whole.

3)The milling shaft is supported in the box by precise rolling bearings. It drives the boring shaft to rotate through two pairs of flat keys between the milling shaft and the boring shaft, and enables the boring shaft to move axially within the milling shaft.

4)The main shaft achieves high and low speed changes through automatic gear shifting, and there is stepless speed regulation within each gear range.

5)The major components of the machine tool are all cast using high-strength cast iron combined with resin sand technology. They undergo a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Each casting is equipped with sufficient reinforcing ribs to ensure that the entire machine has high strength, rigidity and stability.

6)The ball screw pairs of each guide rail are automatically lubricated with oil by a timed and quantitative pump, ensuring stable and reliable lubrication performance.
